Emmanuel College would like to congratulate Mr Daniel Velardo - ACC Director of Sport at the College - on receiving an ACC Recognition of Service Award, which was recently presented at Parade College.

Daniel has been employed at Emmanuel College since 2011, currently serving as the College Director of Sport, and has been involved in ACC activities for 13 years. He has coached all year levels in Football, Soccer, Cricket, Tennis, Table Tennis, Hockey & Basketball, worked to expand the number of teams participating in ACC in recent years, and lead several teams to finals and premierships.

Daniel has proven himself to a good leader in his support of staff and encouraging students to participate in early morning and after school training sessions, giving the boys of Emmanuel College every opportunity to perform at their best.

He has been instrumental in initiating an expansion in the number of teams participating in ACC in recent years. Daniel is a great role model to both staff and students at the College. He is also a College graduate, and served as College Captain in 2006.
